Hello I'm kind of confused how to update the game on Android do I do the same thing like to download the game or is there something else and also is there a way to get the scenes that I missed

You are correct! For Android, you download either the compressed or high-res RPA. Once downloaded, put it in the folder you originally put the .RPA ("game") and delete the old .RPA.
If you missed a scene that you can't access anymore, I'd recommend making a new save and speedrunning through by skipping through the dialogue!
