Lyriel and her Hornyness: Have to admit it, on some occasions it was annoying, especially when secret hunting. If she weren't reacting as bitchy as she does (intimacy penalty) I'd have prosponed her boning.
BUT: You could turn it into a mechanic, the hornier she gets the more willing she gets to do something lewd.

AHITR gets updated monthly with smaller updates, sometimes the updates can be beefy but generally the updates are smaller. This was a decision that was voted for by Patrons over on Patreon (where they choose either smaller but monthly updates or larger updates with a longer release window).
Around the time period you mentioned, we would've have pushed the April's Fool update and anniversary update/celebration, which iirc, was v0.7.8 and we are now currently on 7.14, so its been a bit more than 0.2 updates.
You also mentioned you haven't downloaded any version of the game recently, I'd suggest doing so and diving into the content you've been missing if you are truly curious to what's been added.

I've been wandering for awhile now originally azraesha was what seemed to be into anything and everything sexual as the story progressed it started to seem like she had changed just to point to one change I remember she use to seem to enjoy when the mc slapped her butt at the refrigerator but then it changed to her being mad and actually asking me not to do it I've gotten the impression that she might have some kind of plan for the mc and doesn't really care for him.
